Are you lazy?Well, there seems to be a whole lot of that going around! Often called couch potatoes or slackers- they are the group that enjoys their nice comfortable couch over any other possible activity! Those who enjoy take-out, night after night over home cooked meals! Those who would rather spend an excruciating hour in the dental chair then at the gym! While this sounds like something that many have been at one time or another, it is becoming an addiction for many. And, they are turning their laziness into a career. Could this possibly be you? Consider the following: 1- Are you sleep deprived? This happens to many Americans and the result that follows is a lack of motivation. Which quickly results in laziness. Take For a great summer pasta salad try this tasty quick recipe below! 1 package classic Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad mix Fill a 3 quart saucepan with 2/3 full of boiling water. Empty pasta mix and boil for 12 minutes stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water. Shake the pasta to drain. Stir together Seasoning mix, water, sour cream, and chili powder in a large bowl. Stir in pasta vegetable mixture, tomatoes, onion and bell pepper. Stir in the meat. Line the serving plate with tortilla chips and mound the salad onto the chips. Sprinkle the top of the salad with Cheddar cheese and serve with salsa.
